What does 'holistic' mean? Holistic, or holism, means that everything is connected. If you change something in one area of your life, it affects other areas.

When you experience a problem, it's not an isolated event. The problem is always part of a larger system: your life and everything that comes with it. By getting to know yourself better, life can feel lighter.
